Since 2013, AGS Myanmar has mobilize and deployed security teams to manage crisis escalation for clients. This included end to end (door to plane) evacuation services for MNCs and extraction of personnel trapped in buildings during high-risk periods in the country. We offer the following to our clients to help mitigate their risk during elevated security levels:

Intelligence Reporting

Extensive analysis of security trends across Myanmar

AGSM launched other new security risk products focused on intelligence gathering and is now widely regarded as a trusted security authority for MNCs for reporting and intelligence consulting for companies who need in-depth analysis. AGSM security reporting and intelligence services have received accolades locally, regionally, and at the global level for its data driven analysis.

It is also a testament to the quality of the proprietary dataset (Myanmar’s Decentralized Insurgency Dataset – MDID), built through AGSM Command Operation Center (COC). Reports are sent to subscribers between 1500 -1600 MMT Monday – Friday and features extensive analysis of security trends across the country based off our proprietary data sets.

Bespoke weekly reports sent every Friday to organization executives to review broader themes such as the sanctions environment, attitudes towards foreign organizations as well as the regulatory environment.

Quick Reaction Force

AGS Myanmar also has established a Quick Reaction Force (QRF) or mobile security teams in major cities for the purposes of security escorts and patrols of our client’s operations.

QRF teams serves as a fast response for emergencies. Teams include one vehicle (truck) with a two-to-four-man security team (QRF). These teams have been critical for client emergencies from extraction of employees during security forces raids of neighborhoods to intervening in detention of client employees before they were criminally charged with prison term.
